Virtual walking tour of little manila, queens

Due to COVID-19, Jane’s Walk NYC was reimagined in 2020 and 2021 to provide new ways to explore, share stories about the city, and connect with your fellow New Yorkers. From self-guided strolls to zoom talks to social media activations, there was something for everyone to enjoy across the five boroughs.

Gallivanting! Exploring the communities of Little Manila in Queens, NYC through arts, history, food and culture one step at a time.

For the Filipino community of the greater New York City area, Little Manila is their home away from home: a dynamic portal in which members of the Filipino community maintain their connections to their loved ones both locally and internationally.

Join us for this virtual walking tour where you will learn about immigrant businesses and neighborhood history, that have fostered Filipino contributions to the NY and the American experience.
